Hwee Jian 282 Traditional Coffee Powder (1kg)

Description

Hwee Jian 282 Traditional Coffee Powder(1kg) uses fine Liberica coffee bean, roasted together with white sugar, also available in 300g/ 500g/ 1kg.

Preparation:

1. Put in appropriate amount of coffee powder into coffee container according to personal preference.
2. Pour in boiled water into the coffee container, use spoon to stir, till the coffee is fully scented, use a filter bag to separate the coffee from the coffee grounds.
3. Add in appropriate amount of sugar or condensed milk, a cup of well made coffee is ready to be tasted.

Notes:

• A jug of coffee is suggested to serve for at least 3 cups, so that the coffee will be fully scented.
• Each cup of coffee corresponds to 15-20g of coffee powder with 150ml of boiled water.
• It is suggested to use ceramic cup to brew the coffee, the taste will be better.
